Parent plans. Student executes.

Most apps stop at the parent dashboard. Yours doesn’t. Students get their own login, their own day, their own checklist — and you see everything they do.

Parent portal

Plan the term, build the day

Courses, lessons, and assignments grouped by term. Drag anything into a daily plan — or add a lesson inline without leaving your flow.

Real assignment submissions

Students upload PDFs, photos, or docs. You review the actual work — no more “did you finish your math?”

Organized by terms, not chaos

Group courses by semester or term. See progress across the year, filter by what’s current, archive what’s done.

How it works

Three steps. That’s it.

Set up your school once. Plan as you go. Your students do the rest.

i.

Set up your school

ii.

Plan each day

Drag lessons and assignments into daily plans. Add notes, attach files, set what’s optional.

iii.

Watch them learn

Students check off tasks, submit work, and you see every step. Grade in seconds. Move on with your day.

FAQ

Questions? We’ve got answers.

No — it’s the planner around your curriculum. Bring whatever you already use (Sonlight, Singapore, The Good and the Beautiful, your own books) and Homeschool Flow handles the scheduling, tracking, and submission side.
That’s the whole point. The student portal has its own login and a simplified view: today’s checklist, one tap to submit, and gentle streaks. It’s designed for kids 8+ to use independently — younger kids do best alongside a parent for the first week or two.
Roughly grades 3–12. Younger students (K–2) can use the read-only view while a parent drives. Older students (high school) often run the whole portal themselves and just sync with parents weekly.
If you can use email, you can use this. Setup takes about 15 minutes — add a student, create a course, drop some lessons in. No imports, no spreadsheets, no jargon.
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free, forever, for one student. All features are included — there’s no paywall on submissions, terms, or the student portal. Most families try it for a month before upgrading to add their other kids.
Never automatically. You can export everything (courses, lessons, submissions) at any time, and your account stays in read-only mode after a downgrade so you don’t lose history.
